There is no reason to cost 1000 dollars that said. OMG the notch is horrible. The gesture interface is unnecessary. They could just add virtual buttons on the lower side of the screen. 1 button for home another for recent open apps another should open the utility tap.

When Apple starts making their own screens, I believe that the infamous notch will not be there. Somehow they will find a way for all the sensors to work through the screen and therefore solving the notch conundrum.

Apple went completely against what Steve Jobs wanted for the iPhone.

The reason why you think accessing app switcher and closing app is a lot slower because you’re doing it wrong. To access app switcher the fast way, swipe up then move your thumb to the left or to the right then release it. For closing up, you don’t have to click on the minus symbol. You just need to swipe up.

Agree with most of what you said Brian, except for me the notch doesn't really bother me but I wish more app developers would update their apps for the iPhone X quicker and yes I am loving it.

Like you said and I agree that this new iPhone interface without a home button and only usable using gesture is a bit of a lag feast and cumbersometo interact with it. It was a downgrade from other iPhones about how easy was to interact with the software.

Great video but you wrong that a plus size user will love the screen size. It’s too small, sure it’s tall but video look to small unless you zoom and crop

You should have immediately make concessions and "deal with" to a $1000 phone to make it usable. Apple under tim cook is horrible

Screen smaller than the Plus. Same width as standard iPhone. Also less total area than Plus. Not great. Had mine a week. Feels like I downgraded to regular size iPhone from my 7 Plus. Bought two. One for me and one for wife. Returning hers. Might return mine and use plus. Have 3 weeks left to decide
